You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login and password. You accept full responsibility for all activity occurring under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
Some features of Wavo require payment. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to pay the specified amount on the stated schedule. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time without penalty.
You retain full ownership of the content you create using Wavo, as well as the websites generated from that content. We grant you a license to use the Wavo platform to host, publish, and manage your websites. You may not transfer or sell access to Wavo to third parties.

Wavo is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data or business interruption.
We may terminate your account without notice if you violate these terms. You may terminate your own account at any time. Upon termination, you lose access to your websites, but retain ownership of your content.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of Wavo following changes means you accept the new terms.
